Introduction of Our Weekly Newsletter

Welcome to Our Weekly Newsletter

If you have ever felt like you are running a marathon with no finish line, you are in the right place.

For a long time, I tried to do it all. I tried to be the perfect parent, the perfect partner, and the perfect professional, all while keeping a smile on my face and a clean house in the background. But the truth is that the "invisible load" we carry is heavy. It is exhausting to be the one who remembers every doctor’s appointment, every spirit day at school, and every empty milk carton, all while trying to remember who we were before our names changed to "Mom."

I am starting The Weekly Newsletter because I believe we need a digital village that doesn’t require us to be perfect to enter. This isn't just a collection of tips; it is a weekly reminder that you are allowed to put your own mask on first.

What this space looks like:

In every edition, we are going to get honest. I will be answering your anonymous questions from this community (not all questions will get answered through the newsletter. If they aren't on the newsletter, you can find them on my social media platforms). These are the questions you might be afraid to ask out loud: the ones about burnout, resentment, boundaries, and the raw reality of daily life. No names, no judgment, just the perspective of someone who has been exactly where you are.

We are also going to celebrate. Every week, I’ll share a Win of the Week submitted by you. And let’s be clear: a win doesn't have to be a Pinterest-worthy moment. Sometimes a win is drinking your coffee while it’s actually hot, saying "no" to an extra commitment, or simply choosing a nap over the laundry. These wins are for everyone, whether you have children or are just navigating the complexities of adulthood.

Finally, we will look ahead at Upcoming Topics that dive deep into the stuff that matters: the "Default Parent" trap, reclaiming your identity, and breaking the cycle of constant "doing."

I am not here to give you a "how-to" guide on being a better parent. I am here to help you be a more supported human. I will never be on video, and I will never share your personal details. I am simply The Mom Who’s Been There, and I am so glad you’ve joined the village.

Are you ready to put your mask on first?

You can find the links to submit your anonymous questions and your wins of the week right here on the blog. Let’s start this journey together.
